Shirat Mavligit

Shirat began her legal career as a briefing attorney for Justices O’Connor and Schneider, respectively, on the First Court of Appeals in Houston, Texas.  She then worked at Winstead, PC, where she focused on real estate transactions.  After earning a Master of Architecture and after a brief stint in the architecture profession, Shirat returned to the legal profession working with a small Houston firm, representing individuals and large and small companies in a variety of employment matters.  Shirat joined Lee & Desenberg, PLLC in 2013 and her attention to detail has proved invaluable in our representation of clients in a wide variety of transactional matters.

  • Formed Texas and Delaware limited liability companies, partnerships and corporations and negotiated related governance and buy-sell agreements
  • Negotiated lease of commercial office space in New York City for tenant
