Legacy Planning

what it is

IF YOU DON’T PROVIDE FOR WHAT HAPPENS ON YOUR DISABILITY OR DEATH, A COURT WILL MAKE THOSE DECISIONS FOR YOU. You may not like what the court decides. Also, there will be greater expense – sometimes much greater expense – than if you had provided a plan.

Legacy Planning is a comprehensive plan to ensure that what matters most to you will be taken care of if you become disabled and when you die. We’ll explore the legal services and best options for your situation and implement a plan to ensure that your goals are accomplished in the most effective manner possible.

how it works

1.
Complete our online Legacy Planning Questionnaire for married couples or singles. You can also download the married form or singles form and email it to us.
2.
Attend your Legacy Planning Session, where you’ll meet with an attorney to discuss your options and select the Legacy Plan that best fits you. Cost of planning session is $350.
3.
Review the documents that we have prepared and complete the signing session to implement your Legacy Plan.
